Little King is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to oversee our Beacon retail store and in-house e-commerce studio. This role is responsible for daily retail operations, team leadership, inventory management, and maintaining a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.
This is a key leadership position for someone who values clear communication, thoughtful organization, and steady follow-through in a design-driven, independent retail business.

What You’ll Do
* Oversee day-to-day store and studio operations
* Lead, schedule, train, and support the store and studio team
* Manage inventory receiving, organization, and reorders in partnership with ownership
* Coordinate vendors, maintenance, cleaning schedules, and building needs
* Collaborate on visual merchandising, floor shifts, and window execution
* Oversee cash handling, register close-outs, deposits, and sales reporting
* Support daily social media needs and plan monthly in-store events
* Maintain a clean, organized, and well-run work environment
What We’re Looking For
* 3–5+ years of retail, operations, or store leadership experience
* Proven ability to lead teams with professionalism, accountability, and care
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with inventory systems and reordering processes
* Clear, respectful communicator who follows through consistently
* Appreciation for design-driven retail and independent businesses

Compensation & Benefits
* Salary: $65,000–$75,000 annually
