looking for a private bedroom sublet for the 7 months I’ll be in Manhattan attending school for my gemology degree. I’m open to anything and don’t need any special amenities. I’ll be in classes Monday-Friday and plan on working weekends. Ideally I’d be paying around $1300/month. Preferably other girls in the house who would be open to the occasional visit from my fiance. Furnished is fine, but I can also supply my own. I’m very organized and I like to keep my spaces clean. Willing to commute to school, but would like to be close to bars or restaurants.
