Hello!

The room is equipped with a full size bed and private full bath. It's located on the back half of the building away from the street so very quiet and faces our private back patio where my roommate has a robust garden. The building is newly renovated and there are only two other apartments so there's no issues with noise. We have a lock box for package delivery so you never have to worry about having things stolen. I have a custom floating drop down desk (see pics) that will allow you to easily work in the room if you are remote. There are also a number of great coffee shops to work from in walking distance or my favorite coworking space (Bond Collective) is a short train ride away. The building is two blocks from the J train or about 15 mins walk to the L train. The B26 picks up right outside our door.

I'm invested in a low tox home so you will enjoy organic certified linen sheets, avocado brand pillows, an AirDoctor air purifier, an Aquatru water filter and a Live Pristine shower filter. We have a dishwasher, in unit laundry, private patio, fire pit, Mill bin for composting and we use nontoxic Branch Basics cleaning products.

Considerate above all else. Please be a tidy person who doesn't camp out in our shared spaces or make a ton of noise. We appreciate someone who is open to hanging out with the group and being friendly though it's not required. No pets please, as we already have a house mascot (cat). Please be willing to do some plant care.

Roommates:
We're an all babe house and prefer women to apply.
M - works from home and enjoys yoga and hanging with her cat Bisou. Cooks dinner a few times a week. Bisou is super sweet, not annoying or smelly and has a great sense of style.
Z - works remote but is often traveling/ Rarely cooks - you likely will not run into her.
D - works as a gardener in the community so is often not home. Enjoys playing pool and an early AM cup of coffee while she tends our garden. Occassionally cooks at home.

We're a chill and friendly group. We text each other before we have guests and share a weekly cleaning schedule. We love having friends over for a fire in the back patio or watching a B list movie together. We do not smoke or vape inside but outdoors is fine.
