Move-in date: Oct 1st or sooner. I want someone who would want to stay at least 6 months, preferably more.

The room is on the 6th floor of a 6-story, fully renovated building in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, a 5-minute walk from the A/C subway lines and a 15-minute walk to the G. It's a lovely spot in Bed-Stuy full of trees, brownstones, and cafes.

The apartment has high ceilings, lots of natural light, and centralized AC. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There are 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms.

No broker's fee, but I ask for a deposit equal to one month's rent. The lease is in my name; you'd pay rent to me.

Rent includes water, wifi, and house insurance, but not electricity.

Building amenities: two roof terraces, a laundry room, a gym, bike storage, and a study room

The common spaces of the house are fully furnished. Possibility to buy a bed and a dresser for the previous tenant.
