Hi everyone! My name is Leela, and I am a law student at the CUNY School of Law. My partner Nayelis (doing a grad program at CUNY School of Urban and Labor Studies) and I are seeking to move from our current location in Midwood to Crown Heights, Flatbush, Bushwick, Ridgewood, Bedstuy, Prospect Park, Brownsville and any of the surrounding area. We are looking for a 1-bedroom or studio (on the larger side) and our budget is max $2000. A year lease is preferred.

We make quiet and respectful neighbors as we are outside of the house at school or work most of the time! We like to stay tidy and organized, and will take care of your place. We are open to both renting and subletting (furnished or unfurnished). We can take care of pets and plants too if need be.

We have multiple sources of income, good credit scores (720+), and consistently pay rent on time.
