I’m looking for the right person to take over the second room in my 2 bed 2 bath apartment right next to McGolrick Park in Greenpoint. I am on the lease myself and am looking for someone to sublet the second room for at least 1 month but ideally until the end of June when the lease ends with potential for lease takeover (this is flexible). It’s 8 minute walk from Nassau G and 20 minutes from the Bedford L. Recently renovated, fully furnished in the common spaces, washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit.
The bedroom available for sublet does come furnished which has been factored into the month price. You would also have your own full bathroom which is pictured.
It’s $2000 a person before utilities—should net at $2100 total (at most) all included.

Ideally starting Jan 18 but very open to Feb 1.
