1 bedroom (full size bed) and the couch is a daybed. So sleeps up to 3 comfortably. Fully equipped for cooking and relaxing: washer and dryer (+clothesline!), beach chairs, etc.

Easily accessible via the train at Beach 90th, ferry, or car (+parking)

Walk to the beach, bay, restaurants, bars, groceries, bakery, gym

Sweet for a staycation or visiting the city

Pets okay

Also available Feb 13-23, first 2 weeks of April, July, August, and the first week of September. Summer rate $300/night.
