Come stay in a gorgeous, four-story, 3,500-square foot Bed-Stuy brownstone this winter.
A house full of creatives has gone traveling this winter, leaving vacant our colossal, fully-furnished six-bedroom home.
Some highlights of the home include:
• The six bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 12 people: 1 king bed, 4 queen beds, 1 full bed. 5 spacious rooms, one cozy room.
• An enormous eat-in kitchen, with three ovens, three refrigerators, and generous table and counter space
• A large backyard, featuring a six-person barrel sauna
• Two large living rooms, which between them feature a home audio system, flat screen TV, a writing desk, and an exercise station, as well as a couch large enough for sleeping
• In-house washer/dryer
• 2 full bathrooms (3rd/4th floors) and 1 half bath on the ground floor
The place is at Greene Ave & Marcus Garvey Blvd. There is a cute coffeeshop and an upmarket diner on the corner, and you’ll be <5 min. walk to the supermarket, <10 min. to Herbert Von King Park. It’s 15 min to the Myrtle-Broadway JMZ train, <20 minutes to the Bedford-Nostrand G train or the Utica AC train. Street parking is fairly hassle-free for those who come with cars.
$2750/week, all inclusive with a preference for families and/or groups of a more advanced age. Understanding that this is a last minute and short-term stay, we know our dates may not line up perfectly and are willing to pro-rate for the right fit, or adjust slightly for different group sizes.
Worth noting one room will be available starting in mid-December and a few will be available slightly past the 15th of January in case this happens to align with your needs.
My name is Devon, I'm a professional musician and one of the residents here, but we're all friends with the landlord who is happy to help us make this work while we're all out of town.
We can work this out over a call, but we'd like to see some references and get a deposit. Along with a simple rental contract of course.
A small dog or cat can be accommodated, we can discuss :)
