Home IT Upgrade + Gmail Troubleshooting

I’m looking for a smart, patient, and experienced Home IT professional to help me modernize and clean up my home tech setup.

Scope of help includes:

Home Wi-Fi / Network
Assess my current setup (router is quite old — hasn’t been upgraded in years)
Recommend and install a modern, fast, reliable router and Wi-Fi system (mesh if appropriate)
Optimize coverage, speed, and security for a busy household
Make sure everything is clearly labeled and documented so I understand it going forward

Gmail / Google Workspace Help
Diagnose and fix Gmail forwarding issues (emails not forwarding properly)
Set up and repair aliases (some aren’t working correctly)
Help untangle Google Workspace vs personal Gmail confusion
Explain the setup in plain English so I actually understand how it all works
Make sure everything is clean, organized, and future-proofed

What I’m looking for:
Real experience with home networks + Google/Gmail/Workspace
Someone who can both do the work and explain it
Efficient, trustworthy, and not condescending
Bonus if you’ve helped creatives, home offices
