My apartment is my favorite place in New York, and I'm looking for someone who will feel the same way about it for April.

The apartment is a true 1BR in Fort Greene with a full separate office space, making it easy to work from home. There's an open dining / living / kitchen space in addition to the office (technically a 2nd bedroom), my primary bedroom, and my bathroom.

It's light-filled, very cozy, and full of little touches that make it feel like a home with mid-century organic decor. There's a projector for movies, a soda stream, an espresso machine, and a kitchen that's fun to cook in. The building has an elevator and in-unit laundry in the basement.

The neighborhood is the real selling point and proximity the trains. The C is at the end of the block, the G is a few blocks away, and Atlantic Ave/Barclays (B, D, N, Q, R, 2, 3, 4, and 5) is a five-minute walk. Fort Greene Park is a short morning walk away, and Prospect Park is easily reachable if you want more.
