The bedrooms themselves are huge, each with a closet and a window. They both comfortably fit a queen bed plus dresser and bookshelf, desk, etc. The apartment is partially furnished. Both bedrooms will have a bed/mattress and a dresser and/or armoire, plus some other furniture. The living room will need furniture.

Our lease expires at the end of August so you could apply for a year lease with the landlord if interested. If you take over the lease, there is also a third (slightly smaller) bedroom included making it a spacious 3bdr or 2bdr+office/studio for a truly insane price. For the duration of the summer sublet we will be using that smaller room as locked storage. Rent includes utilities and wifi.
