Urgently looking for a new roommate join a one-year lease starting February 16

Hi everyone — I am looking for a roommate to fill a true bedroom part of 2B2BA (flexed into 3B) in Hell’s Kitchen.

Details:
- Rent: ~$2,280 + $25 utilities pp + $25 WiFi pp
- Move-in Date: February 16, 2026
- Income requirement: Must meet 40x monthly rent with min 600 credit score
- Location: Hell’s Kitchen (50th Street & 8th Avenue). <5 min to A/C/E, 1, and N/R/W subway lines. ~10min to B/D/F/M subway lines
- This is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment flexed into a 3 bedroom on the 25th floor. The room available is a true bedroom and will come unfurnished. You will be sharing the bathroom with the person occupying the flex room (details below)
- Features: Unit has southern exposure and includes central air and in-unit dishwasher. Building includes 24 hour doorman, elevator, concierge, packaging room, gym, terrace, and laundry in building.
- Seeking: Female in their 20s / 30s who is clean, respectful and responsible. No smoking, heavy partying over the week days and preferably no pets
- About me: ENTJ | I’m 29yo and work in Investment Banking. I’m pretty laid back and mostly stay out during the weekends (dining out, bars, cafe hoping, etc.)
- About the flex room tenant: She is 22yo and works in tech. She’s respectful and easygoing, and enjoys café hopping, long walks, music, and a calm, friendly home environment.

Happy to offer in-person / video tours any time after 7:30PM ET on the weekdays and I am flexible as needed over the coming weekend. Please note I cannot accommodate any move-in around 2/1 at this time. Serious inquiries only!
