Hi Everyone!

I'm currently looking for a lease takeover/sublet for a move in by September 1st in the williamsburg/bushiwck/bedstuy area. A little about me, I just turned 30 and I've lived in Austin, TX for the past 6 years (originally from California). I tend to be a very outgoing, social person - I love meeting new people and being out with friends. That said, I very much respect people's spaces and would happily adjust to whatever everyone is comfortable with (I'm a Gemini).

I work in market research and would go into the office 2-3x week. Outside of work, I take any chance to catch a show at a local venue or explore creative outlets for myself.

I'm part of the lgbtq community. I'm very much an open and honest communicator. I've lived with roommates most of my adult life so I'm very familiar with adjusting/conforming to the best dynamic we can all share. I like to keep my space clean and organized, and happy to help keep shared spaces tidy.
