- Transit: located just 1 minute away from the Kingston-Throop Ave C Stop, and about 8 minutes away from the Nostrand A/C stop.
- Amenities: central AC; dishwasher; in unit washer/dryer; huge closets; huge backyard!
- Building: small and quiet - two apartments total with a pharmacy conveniently located on the first floor

The bedroom has great natural light, a private bathroom, and will come unfurnished. The rest of the apartment is furnished (though still a work in progress!) — I’m totally open to switching things up if you’d like to bring in furniture or décor.
