Hi! I'm looking for a furnished, month long summer sublet in LA (preferably the East Side) from mid-July to mid-August. Flexible on dates and exact location. Amenities like washer/dryer/dishwasher preferred. Parking space required. I'm super clean and am going to be in town for work and don't want to stay in a hotel :)

Ideally looking for Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Echo Park, but am open to other options as well. I'm a runner, and would love somewhere that has some easy running paths (i.e. the SL Reservoir).

I'm Miranda (she/her), 33, and live in Brooklyn where I work at an independent film distributor. I have a couple work events this summer that are taking me to LA, and instead of going back and forth, I'd like to stay out there for about a month.
