I'm looking for a fully furnished apartment (no shared spaces) in Brooklyn or Lower Manhattan. My budget is $ 3,500, and I am hoping for a space from August 25 to mid-December (a little over three months). Both start and end dates are somewhat flexible.

I am flexible on neighborhood, but would like a spot within a 5-10 minute walk of a train that connects Brooklyn and Manhattan. Any unit with amenities like a washer/dryer is a plus, but not a dealbreaker.
