I'm looking for a sublet in NYC for this summer into the fall. Open to shorter time periods as well. Start date early June.

I'm moving back to NYC from Philly and want a temporary place to live while I figure out which neighborhood I ultimately want to live in long term. I'm also trying to get off the summer lease cycle.

I'm WFH but have an office in Hudson Sq/ SoHo right near the ACE Spring St stop. Looking to be able to walk to work or commute via the ACE line. I'm open to all boroughs and NJ just would ideally want a commute under 30 mins.

Ideally want an apartment to myself but would be open to roommates if it is the right fit. I'm 35 and like a quiet very clean space.

Ideally furnished units.
