Hi! I'm looking for a private studio or 1bd sublet for my parents to stay in from mid-November through early January as they help me with my first baby. Dates are somewhat flexible.

Looking for Astoria/LIC/Sunnyside/UES/Northern Brooklyn, but open to other neighborhoods especially in Queens.

My parents are quiet and respectful, and will keep the space tidy. My mother is also an experienced plant parent :)

My husband and I have been living in Astoria for the past three years and love our neighborhood. I am from NJ and my husband is from South Korea. We are excited to bring our first baby into the family and the neighborhood :)
