The room is furnished with queen size bed. Face South with 3 windows and view on a beautiful backyard. 2 bedrooms apartment with the bedrooms on each side of the apartment. Perfect layout.
Shared bathroom.
I like socializing but I don't bring party home.
Utilities $50 including heat, gas, electricity and fast internet.
There is no laundry in the building.
No pet, sorry.
