I've lived in the apartment for 4 years and my current roomate is moving out.

Landlord lives on 1st Floor (avoidant / minimal contact)

1 Full Bathroom
2 Bedroom
1 Office (mine)

Common Areas of the apartment comes furnished, will replace some items when current roomate leaves.
