The home:
I have 2 unfurnished rooms for rent in my home to share with me and my other tenant. I live in a large home in Ronkonkoma (5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) in a great location for commuting. I'm about 2-3 minutes from LIE exit 61 and 6 minutes from the LIRR station. I have nice wood floors throughout, base board heat, central air, plenty of parking, a large detached garage that can be used for storage (you can store some things for free - super large items we may need to discuss for an additional fee), large yard, patio, outdoor firepit, indoor fireplace, kitchen, etc. The neighborhood is very close to everything - 1 block from Stop N Shop, 2 blocks from movie theater, lots of easy access to everything. I also share my home with my cat and my small dog.

The space:

Your space would be a private bedroom with a shared bathroom. You would also have full access to the main shared spaces in the house including 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining room, and patio. There are 2 rooms available - the larger room is $1,750 and the smaller is $1,550. I am open to renting both to a single person for a discount.

I travel and am in the city often staying at my boyfriend’s place so I will not be around most weekends, but tend to be here at least a few days during the week. When I am home and not working, I like to play video games, watch football and movies, or do things to fix up the yard. I like to keep the place tidy and would expect the same.
