Looking for a neat and preferably student/professional roommate to take the lower level of my Garden Apartment. This is a clean, finished large (roughly 650 square feet) recreation room with a half bath and laundry closet off the room. The room is furnished with 2 couches, ottoman, and rug in one area and is open and ready for a bed in the other area. It is accessed through the upper level entrance/living room of the Garden Apartment and down an open stair to this space. The apartment is newly renovated as a condo and is around the corner from the Bedford/Nostrand G train stop (about 3 mins away). I'm a professional who will live on the upper level and we'll share a living and kitchen. This is a 6-month term for now but may be extended to a year. You'll be resoponsible for 1/2 of the utilities which cost from $150 - $250/month incl wifi, heat, ac, hot water, electric.
