Hi! My roommate Celine and I are looking for a female roommate for one bedroom in our three bedroom apartment. The move in date is *flexible*: you can move in between Nov 17 and Nov 30.

The room is pretty large and easily fits a bed, desk, and dresser, and probably some other stuff if you want to bring it! The only con is it doesn’t get a ton of natural light. We’re looking for a chill person who wants to join a warm, friendly environment.

A little about the apartment: it’s a gorgeous walk up near the 2345 trains and 15 minutes from the AC. We don’t have a dishwasher or laundry in the building, but there’s a great laundromat around the corner. We’re walking distance from a supermarket and have subway access to trader joes. We’re on the second floor, so minimal stairs, and the landlord rock and fixes things quickly. No pets allowed due to allergies (even though I love animals).

A little about us: I’m a journalist and tend to be out of the house more often, and Celine works in fashion and is more of a homebody. We live pretty busy lives but are hoping to find someone who is interested in a roommate dinner every once in a while, or maybe even a movie night, and who cleans up after themselves and is a direct and open communicator.
