I am subletting my beloved large bedroom with extra small room used for office/work space.

The apartment is shared with one other roommate and her cat named Iphy (Iphianassa)

We live in a lovely brownstone on cross streets Lafayette & Marcus Garvey. There's a general grocery store and laundromat 2 mins away.

We are located 15 min walk from the J/M Myrtle Av stop and 15 mins walk to Herbert Von King Park.

My roommate and I are both creatives in our 30's that have been living together since 2021. We feel very lucky to have found a home with so much space and charm.
