Large room in a really spacious 2BR renovated loft apartment. The bedroom has large windows, a built-in closet, and can comfortably fit a queen bed and desk. The entire apartment has high ceilings so it feels very open and airy. The room in unfurnished.

Second floor with elevator, facing a quiet courtyard (so it’s peaceful but still gets great natural light). The kitchen was just renovated with new appliances and the bathroom updated (photo is outdated). There are also a couple of extra closets in the apartment, so there’s more storage than usual.

Looking for someone friendly, communicative, and considerate. Open to occasional hangs, shared meals, or just an easy, natural dynamic where we both contribute to a shared home that feels good to be in. You’re tidy and mindful of shared space (especially the kitchen). Women preferred.

I’m usually out and about – checking out exhibitions, working on creative projects, trying out new restaurants – but value coming back to a tidy comfortable home.
