We are seeking a 4th roommate for our spacious and plant-filled apartment beginning September 1st. I've lived here for 9 years now, another roommate for 4 years, and we adore the space!

The room is quite big with two large closets and two windows with great natural light. There is a secondary entrance next to the room that lends extra privacy for coming and going.

The apartment is a 2 floor split-level connected by a spiral staircase with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. No bedrooms share walls which is a great perk. One roommate has a cat. We like to keep our common spaces clean and organized, especially the kitchen since it is the most used space by everyone.

Overall, we like to maintain a respectful and friendly atmosphere: We have our own schedules, but we’re always down to talk over dinner, drink or watch a show together!

The neighborhood: 2 min. walk to the Bedford Nostrand G train and 15 min. from the Nostrand A/C (about 30-40 minutes to Manhattan during rush hour). The surrounding area has lots of bars, restaurants, cafes, Home Depot, and we are a 25 minute walk from Fort Greene Park and 40 minutes from Prospect Park. Coin washer and dryer in building and a great laundromat close by.
