One bedroom in a three-bedroom garden apartment in Ridgewood, Queens. Our apartment is a five-minute walk from the Fresh Pond M stop.

The room is furnished, with a full-sized bed, writing desk, bedside table, built-in shelving, and closets. It’s at the front of the house with three large windows, a closet, and gets beautiful morning light.

My roommates are my partner and another roommate who is in graduate school. We have a nice kitchen that we share and enjoy cooking meals in.

Keeping our apartment clean is really important to us. We share chores every other week, and so if you're not someone who is into keeping your space and shared areas reasonably clean -- this might not be the space for you.

Ideally, we would like to live with someone who is still being Covid cautious and masks on public transportation.

We are a queer/queer friendly household. We don't have a television in the house.

Looking for a mature, clean, quiet, respectful single person to sublet our third room. Ideally, you work outside the home.

The room is available on December 1st, and we would prefer a three to six-month sublease at first that could then be renewed for up to a year.

Utilities are not included and average 65 - 100 a month, depending on our electric bill.

No smoking of any kind, parties, or pets, please.
