A beautiful sunny south facing room in shared apartment in Williamsburg with two other female roommates.

3 months with the possibility to extend stay.

Room comes fully furnished with comfy queen size bed, desk, empty wardrobe and cupboard space. There's also slide out drawers under the bed. The room has a balcony that is shared with one other room. This room gets direct sun almost the whole day. It also looks out into the backyard so it's a quiet room.

The rest of the apartment: Living room with TV, balcony, and a comfy hammock; dining room, kitchen, and a shared bathroom with one of the roommates (the other roommate has her own).

We have 2 really cute cats.

The place is located down a quiet street but just around the corner to many local coffee shops and nice bars. It’s a 6 minute walk to the Graham L stop.

We live in a somewhat unique circumstance where our close friends live in the apartment above so we come and go from each others apartments from time to time to hang out, borrow pots pans etc. The three upstairs are musicians and filmmakers, male and two females. It's not a constant thing either but if you do live here we'd hope you'd feel comfortable with them popping down from time to time and you are more than welcome upstairs too:)

All costs (Electricity, Gas and Internet) are included in the price.

About This Lister

You would be living with two other women. Both in their 30's. One is a flight attendant and photographer and the the other works in tech sales. Both are super friendly, tidy and chill. Honestly, the best roommates in the world :) It's not a party flat but we all enjoy a mixture of socializing and personal time.
