My primary area of focus is the lower Hudson Valley, including Cold Spring, Garrison, and Beacon, though I work with an extensive network of trusted professionals to provide referrals nationwide.

With a background in urban planning, architecture, property management, and real estate analysis, I’m deeply passionate about homes and the stories they hold. I’m the mom of two girls, an avid cyclist, and a proud resident of the lower Hudson Valley.

A native New Yorker who spent 15 years in the Bay Area, I carry a love for both coasts and the unique communities they inspire. My husband is from South America, and our home is a lively, bilingual mix of English and Spanish—something I value deeply as part of our family and cultural life.

Background and Expertise

With a 20-year background in urban planning, where I specialized in youth engagement and community-based policymaking, I bring a deep understanding of how people connect to place. After the birth of my older daughter, I shifted my focus to real estate and property management, initially managing my own properties and then expanding to oversee others. That experience sparked a passion for real estate investment, leading me to build my own portfolio and develop expertise in short-term rental management.

Since becoming a licensed real estate agent with Houlihan Lawrence in Cold Spring, I’ve sold numerous homes and helped many clients find their dream properties—from family homes to investment opportunities. Now based on the East Coast, I continue to combine my background in planning, architecture, and real estate analysis to guide clients toward spaces that align with their goals and lifestyle.
