Fully-furnished 2-bedroom apartment in conveniently located, tree-lined street in Crown Heights! Off the Nostrand A/C or Franklin Ave 2/3/4/5.

I will be away for an extended work trip from December 2025 through April 2026 and am looking for someone or a couple to sublet the space during this time (dates flexible). All of my clothes and most primary-use items (e.g., toiletries, small electronics, consumables, etc) will be removed. The unit comes with all furnishing and amenities, including a queen-sized bed, closet space in both bedrooms, a large HD-TV in the main bedroom, new kitchen appliances, a second bedroom converted into an office/entertainment space for remote work and socializing, and a newly remodeled full bathroom. It also features hardwood floors, two high-powered window AC units, and baseboard heating with thermostat control. The apartment and building are pet friendly, but please note that this is limited to cats or small dogs only. Most of the tenants in the building own their units, and so there is a great community here and the building super lives in the building next door.

The apartment is on the third floor of a 4-story walk-up building, with coin/card laundry and bike storage in the basement. I love living here and am hopeful to rent it out to somehow who will enjoy their time here just as much as I do. Please note that I do have cats (they will be boarded while I am away), so the space is not ideal for folks with severe cat allergies.

I'm a self-described homebody and love spending time in my home space. I work remotely, which is why my second bedroom is set up as an office, and transit between my apartment in Brooklyn and the Bronx, where my partner lives. I will be away for work during the time of this sublet, but expect to be generally available should anything come up.
