About the apartment: The unit is in a well-kept 2-flight walk-up building. It’s a 3-bed, 1 bath with super high ceilings and big windows. I’ve lived in the apartment for three years, and have added extra touches (plants, lighting fixtures, etc) that have made it feel like a real home. Oh, and the apartment is directly above a cafe, which is a true NYC dream. This is a quiet, clean, and comfortable home—perfect for someone who wants a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day.

About the room: The available bedroom is bright and airy with three (!!) large arched windows and a two-door closet. The room is a little bigger than 10’x10’, fits a queen bed, and has space for a dresser, chair, and desk. The cost for the room is $1,433, and utilities average around $100/month, depending on the season.

Three house rules: no smoking, no shoes, no subletting :)
