I'm looking for a new roommate to take the other larger unfurnished bedroom in a shared apartment space. The rent is $1,600 per month (utilities not included - WiFi + Electric) and the room is available starting September 1st, 2025.

The apartment is 2.5BR / 1.5 bath on the first floor of a small multi-family home, with only 3 units in total. It is a quiet tree-lined block, in the historic area of Ridgewood.

The bedroom for rent is spacious and can easily fit a king/queen sized bed with room to spare for desk, dressers, work space etc. It has 2 large windows that face the backyard, and receives plenty of light. The common spaces include a large kitchen, furnished living room with plenty of plants, 2 bathrooms, and the backyard.

Amentities - In-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, backyard garden/patio space, and garage for bike storage. The apartment is centrally located, in between M (Forest Ave) and L trains (Myrtle-Wyckoff) stops. Close to plenty of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars.

Given I'm the main tenant, I have created common spaces that I find peaceful and calm. I'm looking for someone who will be respectful of the common areas we share, share responsibility in keeping our space clean, and ultimately someone who enjoys the space when they are home.
