Hello!

My name is Caroline, I am a 25 year old working in pharmaceutical / biotech market research. I am relocating for work in the new year and am currently apartment hunting with a roommate, Ande, who is also 25 and works in PR. We are looking for a 2-bedroom rental in Manhattan (EV, WV, Chelsea, Kips Bay, Gramercy, Tribeca, Murray Hill, Lenox Hill) or Brooklyn (Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Greenpoint).

We both have guarantors as well to aid in approval, and I do have a cat who is a registered emotional support animal. We are looking for a 2-bedroom under $4200 in which both rooms fit a bed, desk, and dresser to allow space for our WFH days.
