My name is Zak and my current sublease is coming to an end soon so I am looking for a new living situation.

Housing Details:
- looking for: studio, 1 br, or (realistically haha) a private room. Open to moving into an existing situation, or if you think we'd be a good fit, find an apt together.
- move in date: 1/1, 2/1, possibly can make 3/1 work
- duration: long term
- budget: ~2k (some flexibility - hoping to stay under if it's a private room, can go over for entire apt)
- location: Brooklyn, along G train
- apt considerations: I work from home 3 days a week, so any private rooms need to be either large enough to accommodate a desk in addition to typical bedroom furniture, or, there needs to be a shared space where I can work, take meetings, etc.
- furnished: preference for unfurnished, furnished okay

About Me:
- 31 yr male, born and raised in brooklyn (although only just moved back this fall after several years away)
- I work for a conservation non-profit, and am in office on Tues/Thurs and remote the others (wed, thurs, Friday). I occasionally have work events on weekends, early mornings, and evenings.
- I'm a generally clean person without being a neatfreak.
- I largely view my apt as quiet place, but do appreciate the ability to have the occasional friend or two over for drinks, dinner, watch a game, etc.
- in my free time I like to read, play video games, exercise, cook, socialize, and generally be out and about in the city
