This is a spacious and light filled 1 bedroom apartment with an in unit washer/dryer in an elevator building. It is located on a quiet street with close access to Downtown Brooklyn city center (Jay St metro tech & city point). 10 minute walk to Trader Joes/Target and 5 minute walk to Wegmans. Also close access to Dumbo and Brooklyn Bridge Park. Nearest trains are the York Street F and High Street A/C. One stop away from lower Manhattan! This is a dog friendly, quiet building. I am open to selling any furniture to the new leaser as well!
