My name is Tucker, and I’m relocating to Brooklyn at the end of March. I run an online vintage clothing business and am looking for a studio or small 1BR in Greenpoint or Williamsburg starting around April 1.

I’m drawn to older apartments with character like prewar walk-ups, railroad layouts, exposed brick, decorative fireplaces, painted wood floors, etc. The style you often see in North Brooklyn prewar apartments. I don’t need amenities, just a comfortable and quiet place to live and work.

I’m a very responsible and low-key tenant, have strong savings and good credit, and can provide a guarantor if needed. My budget is around $2,000–$2,200, depending on the space.
