This is a sweet, thoughtfully curated one-bedroom cabin perched above Rainbow Canyon in Mt. Washington with tons of outdoor space yet still close to Highland Park.

It’s quiet, green, and deeply peaceful, but still just a short walk to grocery stores, coffee shops and Highland Park/Fig. The Metro stops at the bottom of the hill if you like public transport. Green areas nearby include Sycamore Park, Elyria Canyon and the Self Realization Fellowship.

The house is fully furnished: Article furniture, a Samsung Frame TV at the foot of the bed, and a stocked kitchen with Staub pots, a Vitamix, and all the good knives. There’s one bedroom with soft light and a queen-sized bed, a bathroom with a tub for long soaks, and a separate office with fast Wi-Fi - perfect as a little writing nest.

Out back, there's a spacious deck overlooking Rainbow Canyon (cute little nature space) and rustling trees. There's patio furniture for chilling and sunning, an outdoor dining table and a BBQ. It’s fully fenced and pet-friendly (though of course coyotes are an LA staple - so mind that).

The vibe is airy, cozy, and lightly enchanted - a creative retreat tucked inside the city. Perfect for an artist, writer, or anyone needing a change of pace.

There is ample street parking out front and no street cleaning. Laundry on site. There is AC.

Monthly - 2800. All utilities included. 500 dollar deposit.
