I work for an NGO organizing the Parade of approx 30 Tall Ships coming to NY this July to celebrate the US's 250th anniversary.

I am currently in DC and as the date approaches, I will be spending increasing time in NY and anticipate being there full time come April/May all the way through to mid/end July.

I will be working long hours and will cherish a quiet, clean, respectful place to come "home" to, where is can make light meals, do laundry, and regroup.
