Responsible and organized couple in their mid-50s with long careers in law and the arts. Looking for a furnished, sunny apartment with 2BR or 3BR (so that we can share or have our own working space) in Lower Manhattan, Upper West Side or Williamsburg for September through December 2026. Doorman or elevator not important. Nothing beyond a 2 floor walk up. We have a small well-trained dog. We will also be looking for a place for March through May 2027, and so would be interested in a space that we could continue living in during this period.
