We only offer 12 month leases with one month security deposit. Listed by owner so there are no broker fees. No smoking in or near building, no pets. We require proof of income (40x rent roll), proof of assets (security deposit) and proof of identity (photo ID). We will run a credit and background check via TransUnion SmartMove (applicant's share is $20, non-refundable) and will check references.
