The space

Primary bedroom has a king size bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom.

Secondary bedroom has a queen size bed, twin size trundle bed, and a keyboard piano.

Media living room/office has 75" smart TV, built-in desk for 2, and a sectional sofa that can sleep 2.

The common areas include a well-appointed kitchen and a great room with a dining area. This room has a cozy wood stove (for use during cold months only), views, a stretching corner, vintage board games, and a stereo.

Outside there is a modest gravel patio with a dining area, fire pit with a primitive grill, and an outdoor shower.

The landscape around the home is mostly meadows and gravel paths. You can hear sounds of a seasonal waterfall across the road. The home is situated on 37 wooded acres, which we also live on. Our homes are private and not visible from each other.

House has central AC/heat as well as an ERV which provides constant fresh air exchange throughout the house. The house has a 3-stage water filtration system and is served by a well.

Kitchen is well equipped: KitchenAid mixer, toaster, blender, Mochamaster, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, pour over, French press, coffee+teas, cooking and baking ware/utensils, basic spices, salt+pepper, olive oil, sugar, flour, basic condiments, and dining service for up to 8.

Additional amenities: extra bedding, Graco Pack ’n Play, towels, laundry, iron and ironing board, parking for up to 4 vehicles with a 50 amp EV charging outlet.

A car would be necessary. The driveway is well maintained and we keep it cleared of snow.
