Nightlife Manager
We’re seeking a self-driven, people-oriented Nightlife Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives during evening and late-night hours, works confidently without constant supervision, and excels in fast-paced, community-centered nightlife environments. You should be organized, adaptable, and able to pick up new systems and processes quickly while keeping the vibe running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee pre-service setup and nightly readiness
- Manage bar supplies with accuracy and efficiency
- Support nightly operations and ensure the space is service-ready at all times
- Assist with event preparation, coordination, and on-the-ground execution
- Handle basic administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and polished environment for staff, talent, and patrons
- Help uphold community standards and support a safe, affirming nightlife space
Requirements:
- Ability to work weekend nights (approximately 7PM-4AM), holidays and special events; minimum 20 hours per week
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Exceptional attention to detail—nothing gets overlooked
- Quick learner comfortable mastering inventory systems and operational software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Deep commitment to fostering an inclusive, affirming space for the LGBTQ+ community
- Deep commitment to fostering an inclusive, affirming space for the BIPOC community
- Prior nightlife, bartending or management experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
- $30/hour, 401(k) eligibility after one year;
- Paid training, including a refresher on bartending skills, Toast management and de-escalation training;
