I'm looking for a room in a shared house/apartment, preferably in the Ridgewood or Bushwick area, but I'm open to other areas in Brooklyn as well. I would prefer a long-term (~6 months to 1 year) unfurnished sublet, but I have some flexibility. Ideally the room would be no more than (roughly) $1300/month.

I love to cook and I'm happy to cook for/with roommates occasionally. I've always had good, communicative relationships with my roommates, and generally like to keep a clean and tidy living space.
