Hey Brooklynites! Curious about Philly life?!

I have a beautiful Queen Village Trinity that I would like to swap for a small apartment in Brooklyn this winter. Dates are flexible. Would ideally like something midterm like Dec 1st - March 1st.

Queen Village is a quaint historic neighborhood walkable to center city but strong neighborhood feels. A nice mix of young families and singles. Neighbors on our cobblestone street know each other.

The house is one room per floor ideal for single working professional, couple, or family with baby because only one bedroom. Gets lots of great natural light and is very quiet because not attached to homes on either side.

I've been told by many that the home has a fairly unique style and layout. Hopefully the pictures capture this essence.

I'm also open to a straight rental so if you don't have something to swap still message me and let's see what we can work out. Rent would be $2200 / month.
