The second bedroom and bath in my 2 bdr/2 bath apartment is available for either short-term sublet or a year lease starting as soon as September 1st. We have the whole third floor of a well-maintained rowhome, which is shaded by a large gingko tree and in walking distance to several parks and community gardens. We are also a block and a half away from the trolley, bus, co-op grocery store, and very good pizza. The block is quiet and neighbors are friendly.

The room has one large bay window, a ceiling fan with a remote, and a large closet. It is connected to the second bathroom, which has a second window, shower/bathtub, toilet, and sink. The common areas (kitchen and living room) are comfortable and furnished, and I'm happy to share kitchen supplies and utensils as well.

Amenities: Central air throughout the apartment, hardwood floors, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Utilities not included in rent.

Roommates: I am a social worker and therapist who works from home 4 days a week. I have a large shepherd mix named Pepper who loves company and affection and naps for much of the day.

Accessibility info: 3 steps to front door, then 2 flights of steps, no elevator.
