Internship Details:
Location: South Florida (must live in South Florida during internship)
Compensation: $15/hour
Housing: Provided during the internship
Schedule: 40-50 hours per week (including weekends)
Duration: Internship with strong potential to convert into a permanent role
Travel: Must be available for occasional domestic travel to other states
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day property management operations for short-term and long-term rentals
Support the South Florida team with guest coordination, property inspections, vendor communication, and issue resolution
Help oversee turnovers, maintenance coordination, and quality control
Assist with onboarding new properties and operational setup
Provide on-the-ground support for properties, including occasional site visits
Collaborate directly with the CEO and COO on special projects, operations, and growth initiatives
Support administrative and operational tasks as needed across our portfolio
Requirements:
Must be based or willing to travel/live in South Florida for the duration of the internship.
Reliable transportation required (must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car)
Prior experience or strong interest in real estate, hospitality, property management, or travel
Comfortable working weekends and a flexible schedule
Ability to travel domestically if required
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Self-starter who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn
