Hey! My name is Tucker, and I’m looking for a long-term sublet or lease takeover starting in April. Ideally 4–6 months, though I’m open to shorter or longer stays if it’s a good fit. I’m open to either a room or an entire apartment (a studio is great too).

My budget is up to $1,500 for a room or $2,000 for an apartment. I run a small clothing business, so good natural light is a plus.

Location-wise, I love Greenpoint or anywhere nearby with easy access to LIC, but I’m also open to Manhattan (downtown, UWS, UES, LES, Chinatown, etc.).

I’m a chill, easygoing, and respectful guy in my mid-20s. I’m usually out during the day running errands and working, with afternoons spent working from home. I don’t party, drink, or smoke, and I’m happy to take care of any plants while you’re away if needed.

I have a positive subletting history in the city and can gladly share references, social media, or hop on a call to connect and hear more about your space.
