I’m a responsible working professional and small business owner who will be out of town for a month and looking for someone respectful to enjoy my place while I’m away. I keep the apartment clean, organized, and quiet, and I’m looking for a subletter who appreciates a calm, non‑party home and will treat the space with care. When I’m not working, I’m usually training, coaching, or creating content, so I value people with good communication and predictable routines. I’ll make sure everything is clearly explained and smooth on check‑in and check‑out so your month here is easy and comfortable.”

I am subletting my apartment for a fixed term ending April 21st. The monthly rent is 2,600 USD with a 1,300 USD security deposit, which will be returned immediately after your move‑out once we check the apartment together. The space must be returned clean, with no smoking inside the apartment or on the fire escape, no parties, and no loud noise after 11 pm. There is absolutely no overstay allowed, as I must return to the apartment on April 21st; any unauthorized additional day will be charged at 200 USD per day. You are financially responsible for any damage to furniture, the TV, or bathroom/kitchen appliances; if there is damage, I may recalculate and withhold part or all of the security deposit accordingly. To be considered, please send a short written introduction about who you are, why you are in town, your exact dates, and your typical daily schedule. I also require a photo of a government ID, basic contact information (phone, email, and optionally employer website or LinkedIn), and a short video call before confirming the sublet.
