Indie Designer is seeks charismatic, organized & stylish sales associates for a part-time position with room to grow to full-time if this is the right fit!
Responsibilities
Welcome customers by greeting them & offering assistance
Help to build & maintain positive customer relationships
Advise & inform customers about products, help customers make selections by building confidence, offering suggestions & opinions.
Day to day retail operations: build client list, achieve sales goals, keep inventory, shop organized and clean, possible errands and computer work.
Generate sales & process payments
Manage, organize & track inventory
Skills & qualifications
Must have previous proven retail experience
Must be highly motivated & organized self-starter
Must have retail experience
Must be a people-person
Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and be available and willing to work weekends. Pay is hourly + commission.

We may ask you to do online projects while in the store. We may ask you to do some creative projects as well such as merchandising, online sales campaigns, take photos for social media. There will be office work to do while in the shop as we expect down time!
Light errands, such as shipping or picking up supplies.
Schedule starts part-time and will build to full time.
Shop is located in the BEARSVILLE CENTER on Main Street, 4 min drive from town center, Woodstock NY.
Must be available to work weekends.
Starting $18 hour + commission and bonus with room to grow! We do pop ups in the area and also in the Northeast!
