Hi everyone!
We're a small, caring team in the early years of a long-term journey to build a company that will benefit generations to come. We're looking for driven, thoughtful, growth-minded problem-solvers to join the team and help expand our reach through partnerships while staying true to our values.
This role is 3-4 days / week either onsite in Kingston or remote. However we do require the person holding this role to come to Kingston for day trips during onboarding and once a month, so is suitable if you are based in NYC but not if you are more than 2.5 hours away from Kingston.

Keap is a Benefit Corporation started in 2015 that has evolved to create what we couldn't find anywhere else: all-natural luxury candles that don't sacrifice scent quality or performance. At the core, Keap facilitates connection to the natural world, our loved ones, and our own spirit. The candles blend the scents of acclaimed master perfumers with a regenerative approach to materials and packaging. We make all our products in-house in our Kingston studio. We are also known for operating without social media since January 2021.
The company has been featured in leading publications such as the New York Times, Dwell, and Architectural Digest.
